This specialist service provides trauma-informed psychological support for individuals processing the impact of trauma, loss, relationship harm, migration stress, and significant life change. Drawing on CBT-based interventions, grounded therapeutic methods, and a culturally responsive approach, the work focuses on restoring safety, strengthening identity, and supporting meaningful recovery. This service is suitable for: • Trauma survivors Individuals experiencing the psychological effects of past or recent trauma, including intrusive memories, emotional overwhelm, dissociation, or difficulties with trust and regulation. • Women affected by GBV or IPV Support for individuals navigating the emotional, relational, and identity-based consequences of gender-based violence or coercive control. • Refugees and migrants Support for those experiencing post-migration stress, cultural loss, identity disruption, grief, and acculturation challenges. • Women experiencing identity, grief, or acculturation challenges Therapy that attends to the impact of cultural transition, family separation, role change, and the emotional complexity of building a life in a new context. • High-functioning adults in distress Individuals who appear outwardly capable but privately struggle with anxiety, emotional numbness, chronic stress, burnout, or unresolved trauma.
